Change Packages

In order for improvement to take place, Changes need to be applied. These changes will also need to be measured to see if they actually provide an improvement over a period of time.

These changes are applied to a project by means of a Change Packet. A Change Packet is set up for the teams to implement and then to report on.

View Existing Change Packages

  1. From the Administrators tab click on the Change Packages link.

  2. The Change Package Administration page is displayed.

  3. Changes are Categorized into folders, to see the individual change packets click on the cross next to the folder.

  4. The change packages are then displayed.

  5. The actual packages will be displayed under the Team Home Page and will be covered in detail under the Data Entry section.
