Preview a Project Measure

Previewing should be done prior to saving the measure but can also be used once it has been saved.

Previewing a Measure

1. Click the Preview button on the Create New Measure page.
   
   

2. The Preview Measure page is displayed.
   
   
   
   OR

3. Click on the Preview link adjacent to the measure on the Project Measure List.
   
   

4. The Measure Data Entry page is displayed.
   
   

5. Enter data values for the first period and click the Add button.

6. Enter data values for the second period and click the Add button.
   
   

7. The data is plotted onto a chart displaying the goal line (if defined).
   
   

8. A summary table of all values is also displayed.
   
   

9. If everything displays and calculates as planned click the Close button.
