Reporting Periods

The Extranet allows administrators to enter Reporting Periods for the teams to implement and report their progress on the project.

Entering Reporting Periods

  1. From the Administrators tab click the Reporting Periods link.

  2. The Manage Reporting Periods page is displayed.

  3. Existing reporting periods are displayed and the displays can be expanded by clicking on the icon :

  4. New reporting periods can be added by clicking the Add Multiple Reporting Periods and the Add New Reporting Period buttons.

  5. Reporting periods are displayed on the Team Home page in the Data Entry section under Changes and Results.
