The Extranet allows administrators to enter Reporting Periods for the teams to implement and report their progress on the project.
From the Administrators
tab click the Reporting Periods
link.
The Manage Reporting
Periods page is displayed.
Existing reporting periods are displayed and the displays
can be expanded by clicking on the icon :
By Period
- This tab displays the reporting period and expanding the period displays
the teams that are due to report in this period.
By Team
- This tab displays the teams within the project and expanding the team
displays the reporting periods assigned to the team.
Overdue
- This is a list of all overdue reports within the project, displaying
the Reporting Period and the Due Date.
New reporting periods can be added by clicking the Add Multiple Reporting Periods and the
Add New Reporting Period buttons.
Reporting periods are displayed on the Team
Home page in the Data Entry
section under Changes and Results.
