Add New Discussion

Once a new theme for a discussion has been decided it can then be added to the team Discussions page.

Discussions are then split into specific Topics related to the top level discussion.

To Add a New Discussion

  1. From the Discussions page, click the Add New Discussion button.

  2. The Manage Project Discussions screen is displayed.

  3. Complete the Name field.

  4. Complete the Description field.

  5. The number displayed relates to the number of days before the discussion is automatically Archived.

  6. At this point the archive option is not available.

  7. Click the 4SAVE button.
