This area displays upcoming news that is relevant to the Extranet, Project, or Team including announcements, phone calls and meetings.
Although News items are added from different pages within the Extranet, the mechanics for adding, editing or deleting them are the same.
Each News Item displays the Headline, Text and the Date the item was last updated.
The left column of the News page displays any Current News and the right column displays the Archived News.
The Current News column displays all items where the Expiration Date has not expired, once this occurs the item is automatically added to the Archived News column.
Only five lines of Text are displayed, to view the whole text the participant should click on the more link at the end of the displayed text.
The full text is displayed on its own page, click the BACK button to return to the News page.
